These Terms apply to your use of this site and to any purchase from Luster Wing ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to these Terms.
Products and digital delivery
Our products are digital files. The Luster Wing Metallic Watercolor Workbook is delivered as one ZIP download containing two PDF files: the workbook and the templates file. Each add-on is delivered as a ZIP download containing PDF files. After payment you get download buttons on the thank-you page and an email with personal links that stay active for 7 days. You can request fresh links anytime at /access with your purchase email. Nothing is shipped.
Your license
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read and print the files, including the templates, card blanks and printables, for your own personal use. The paintings, cards and drawings you make by hand from them are yours to keep, frame or give as gifts. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or post the PDF files or the templates, in whole or in part, or let others access your download links. All content, including the line art, remains the property of Luster Wing.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. The Luster Wing Metallic Watercolor Workbook costs $37, one-time. Add-ons cost $17 each, and the Complete Bundle of all 3 add-ons costs $22. Payments are processed by Stripe on our own checkout page. Any taxes, bank or currency fees charged by your card issuer are your responsibility. There are no subscriptions.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on The Luster Wing Metallic Watercolor Workbook, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Educational content, not professional advice
Our products are educational art workbooks. They are not medical, health, safety or other professional advice, and they do not create any professional relationship. The nature notes are short educational facts with sources; the paintings are artistic studies, not scientific illustrations or identification guides.
Art materials, tools and safety
Paints, metallic and interference watercolors, gouache, masking fluid, fixatives, varnishes and other art materials can contain chemicals. Always read and follow the manufacturer's label and warnings. Use metallic paint in pans, cakes or tubes rather than loose powders, and use any spray fixative or varnish (aerosol) outdoors or with good ventilation, following its label. Do not eat, drink or point brushes with your lips while painting, and wash your hands afterward. Craft knives and blades are for adults only. Keep all materials and tools out of reach of children and pets. If someone swallows an art material or you are worried about an exposure, call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222, and call 911 in an emergency. You are responsible for choosing your materials and for using them safely.
Outdoor sketching and wildlife
If you sketch outdoors, you are responsible for your own safety and for following the rules of the places you visit. Do not handle wild animals, insects you do not know, or protected plants.
Mailing cards
Mailing size rules and postage prices in the products are summaries. Check current rules and prices with the U.S. Postal Service or your postal carrier before you mail.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not promise any particular skill level, result or outcome. How your paintings turn out depends on your materials, practice and choices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the cost of art materials, damaged materials or injuries arising from the use of materials or tools. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to your purchase.
